Terms & Conditions

1. Services Overview

A. Lead Generation

This service includes:

  • Running strategic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

  • Generating leads that align with your ideal audience

  • Booking qualified leads directly into your calendar

  • Instagram & Facebook profile revamp (optimising profile photo, Instagram bio, Instagram highlights and creating first 3 branded Instagram posts that will be pinned to your profile)

 

Note: This service focuses on lead generation. Sales and client conversion are not included — it is the client’s responsibility to convert leads into paying customers. If we determine that your current offer needs clearer positioning or that you're not yet attracting the right type of audience, we will first run campaigns focused on identifying and reaching your ideal clients. This ensures better alignment and results over time.

B. Social Media Management

This service includes:

  • Full content creation for Instagram and/or Facebook

  • Content calendar planning and scheduling

  • Graphics, captions, and hashtags tailored to your brand

  • Engagement strategy support (e.g., tips for building community and improving reach)

  • Optional ad management if requested (at an additional cost)

C. Website Design

This service includes:

  • Custom website design using Wix

  • Mobile-responsive layout

  • Basic SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, image tags)

  • Integration of branding elements (logo, colors, fonts)

  • Contact or booking form setup as needed

 

Please note: The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the domain name and Wix premium subscription directly. These costs are not included in the service fee.

2. Client Responsibilities

For both services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., Meta Ad Account, social media pages, booking tools)

  • Approve creatives (ads or content) within agreed timelines

  • Record video content if applicable (e.g., reels based on provided scripts)

  • Respond to communication promptly to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Handle all sales, client conversion, and communication post-booking

3. Ad Campaign Expectations (Lead Generation only)

  • The first month is typically focused on testing, optimisation, and data collection

  • Lead volume and quality improve as the campaign matures and platform data builds

  • Ad spend is not included in the service and must be prepaid separately by the client

  • A minimum budget will be recommended based on goals and scope

4. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed monthly in advance

  • Payments are non-refundable once the monthly cycle begins

  • Late or missed payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received

  • Ad budgets are managed separately and must be funded directly by the client

5. Term & Termination

  • Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless stated otherwise in writing

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice

  • Upon termination, services will continue until the end of the current paid period

  • In cases of disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately without notice. Any remaining services within the current paid period may be forfeited at the provider's discretion, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Content Ownership

  • All content created for your brand (graphics, captions, ad copy, revamp materials) becomes your property after full payment

  • Content may not be resold, distributed, or used by third parties without written permission

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared information, assets, and access credentials

  • No sensitive or business information will be disclosed to third parties without consent

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No guarantees are made regarding lead quantity, engagement, reach, or conversions

  • We are not responsible for Meta platform issues, policy changes, or downtime

  • The client acknowledges that campaign results may vary depending on offer, market conditions, and audience response
